Tuna & Avocado Salad

This is my ultimate favorite meal EVER in the whole wide world!

I LOVE seared tuna.
I LOVE avocados.

Put them together and it's like pure Awesome-ness!

This recipe is so easy it is not even funny.

Start with 2 lbs. of SUSHI GRADE Ahi tuna.

Douse it with a little cracked pepper and kosher salt :)

Get a frying pan nice + hot.
Brush a little olive oil on both sides of each piece of tuna.
About 30 seconds on each side sears it.

Zest two limes.
Squeeze juice from 3 limes into a small bowl.

Add 1 tsp Wasabi powder to lime juice + zest.

Add 2 tsp Sri Racha and 2 tsp soy sauce to lime zest and wasabi powder.  Chop 1 small red onion and throw that in as well.  Add 2tbsp. olive oil.

Dice three Avocados.

Throw the avocados in the bowl.  Cut up tuna into chunks, throw that in the bowl.  Top with the lime dressing.  Garnish with some scallions.  Call it a day.  You're welcome!
