Broccoli Salad

I made this for a potluck bonfire the other night and it was quite a hit.  I thought I would share the recipe where people can "pin it" because that seems to be the way many of us are organizing our recipes these days ;-)

Broccoli Salad

10 slices bacon
1 head fresh broccoli, cut in bite-size pieces
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup raisins
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp agave (or sugar, whatever you prefer)
1 cup mayo
1 cup sunflower seed kernels

Fry & crumble bacon.

Combine broccoli, onion & raisins in large bowl.

In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mayo & agave (or sugar).  Pour over broccoli & toss well.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Toss bacon & sunflower seeds in when ready to serve!
