My Grandma's Beef Stew


1 lb chuck
1/2 stick butter
2 onions, quartered
4 potatoes, cut up
3-4 stalks of celery, cleaned & sliced
3-4 carrots, cleaned & sliced
2-3 tbsp. Wondra flour

Clean fat off chuck.
Melt butter in Dutch oven.
Brown meat.
Add onions and vegetables.
Cook til vegetables are done.

Serve with Grands biscuits.
