My name is Theresa. I am 38 years old and have been married to an awesome man, Jason, for 14 wonderful years (well, it will be 14 years next Tuesday!) I am the mother of two girls, A, who is 10 and P, who is 8. After years of research and dissatisfaction with public school, we have decided to homeschool our girls. We will be starting our homeschool journey this Fall and we are all VERY EXCITED!!!
I am a part time reference librarian and I LOVE what I do! I have an awesome boss who has suggested that my girls come to work with me and learn at the library sometimes :)
I blog because I LOVE to write and I love to share my experiences with others and to learn from and share their experiences.
I am an avid reader. I admit that I have rather un-sophisticated reading preferences--chick lit and romance, but I do stretch myself to read other things, classics and historicals. And of course, books on homeschooling :)
I am an avid yoga enthusiast and recently my husband has become interested in yoga as well.
We strive to "go green" and to leave as small of a carbon footprint as possible.
We love spending time with family. I come from a big, warm, open, loving, loud and opinionated Italian family that supports and encourages and loves one another unconditionally and I am so very blessed to have them all in my life!
I LOVE to decorate, do crafts and cook. I am really, REALLY considering a knitting project this fall! (after reading all of the gorgeous knitting blogs!)
