Menu for Two Weeks

The next two and a half weeks I know we are really, really busy so I want to try to buy enough groceries and have a plan for the next two weeks so I don't have to add 'going to the grocery store' to all of our other plans.


Sunday:   Roasted Cauliflower Pasta
Monday:  Bangers and Mash for St. Patrick's Day; salad for me
Tuesday:  Warm Spinach Salad with Fried Egg and Fried Potatoes
Wednesday:  VERY BUSY DAY--Take-out!
Thursday:  Breakfast for Dinner:  Challah French Toast, fruit, breakfast sausage for J & girls
Friday:  Lentil Salad, Sauteed Greens
Saturday:  Sausage (Jason cook on grill), pasta, veggie; Salad for me
Sunday:  Jason or girls cook meat, potatoes, veggie


Monday:  Crepes, Smoked Salmon, Spinach, Cream Cheese, Capers; Salad
Tuesday:  Sandwiches with Fresh Mozzarella and Pesto, chips
Wednesday:  Artichoke Ravioli from Trader Joe's
Thursday:  Black Chick Pea Wraps with Tarragon Yogurt
Friday:  Caprese Sandwiches, Terra chips
Saturday: Grandma's 95th Birthday Party!!!
Sunday:  Jason or girls cook meat, potatoes, veggie; salad for me
Monday:  Austin Style Migas
Tuesday: Pasta

Snacks:
Fruit
Yogurt
Pretzels
Popcorn
Cookies
Raw Veggies and Fruit for juicing/smoothies

Breakfast:
Cheerios
Oatmeal
Toast

Lunch:
Bread
Peanut Butter
Jelly
Tuna
Salad Stuff
Leftovers
