Broccoli Salad

Our neighbor in our old house used to bring this to all potlucks and it was so good!  Now it is my potluck staple!

 10 slices bacon
1 head fresh broccoli cut in bite size pieces & blanched
1/4 cup red onion chopped
1/2 cup raisins
3 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup mayo
1 cup sunflower seeds

Fry & crumble bacon, set aside.
Combine broccoli, onion and raisins in large bowl.
In small bowl, whisk vinegar, sugar and mayo.  Pour over broccoli & toss well.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours.  Top with bacon & sunflower seeds before serving.
