Fun...
there is really NO shortage of it on Tybee Island.
One of the benefits of renting a cottage is being able to cook some meals at the cottage and keep costs down a bit. We found that the IGA had a great stock of anything we wanted: gourmet cheeses and olives, organic produce, high quality meat, etc.
But we also enjoyed a few meals out. The Social Club was pretty much amazing--the truffled popcorn was fun and delicious!
One night, we decided to go to the ultra-fun Crab Shack.
It is SUCH a fun atmosphere.
You can feed alligators and look at exotic birds while waiting to be seated.
We ordered the sampler platter of all kinds of shellfish--we ordered it for 2, but shared it between Allie, Jason and I...and we had leftovers for lunch for ALL OF US the next day!!
